I know it’s easier said than done, but stay with me! So, an excellent way to become more intentional about your happiness is to intentionally start your day with a beautiful smile!

The benefits of smiling do not just affect your happiness alone but also your health. Smiling more helps you relieve stress, reduces pain and blood pressure, increases endurance, and boosts your immune system!

This is because smiling helps your mood and also assists your body in releasing cortisol and endorphins, which provide tons of health advantages.

Choose and decide to smile at the first ten people you meet at the beginning of the day. By doing this, you are gradually influencing your brain and emotions to go bonkers! And then, you’ll suddenly feel a lot better.
