Life is an adventure that opens us to several doors, through the highs and lows. And through these several phases that we are ushered into, we must be able to explore to grow and make necessary changes in our lives.
Certain activities are required of us to achieve success as we scale through the survival journey and these activities are outlined for us to get the best out of life, to grow, and to achieve satisfaction. Today I will be sharing a list of important and simple activities you need to indulge in before you die to create a satisfying and fulfilling experience here on earth.
I know talking death can be cringy and In as much as everyone hopes to stay around the earth for a long time, death is inevitable. Have you ever thought about dying? It is something that will happen eventually and it’s not exactly the best to end it without being satisfied.

Satisfaction is not only tied to getting the big things of life. Sometimes, it can be found in your little wins and doing those things that put a smile on your face. I’m sure you have mapped out or listed out things to do before you die. If you haven’t, this is the right time to.
Ask yourself this important question “am I enjoying the moment I am in right now?”. This is the mindset that everyone should have. Having a mindset that allows you the freedom to live and enjoy the moment you are in, would help you build important steps to take in your life.
Most people set a time-frame to attain those simple things to do before they die and every time they complete one of it, they get a feeling of satisfaction. Some choose to have completed it before they turn 30 or even 40, depending on how spontaneous they are.
Deciding the content of the things to do before you die can be a lot of work especially if you have a rigid or straightforward personality. Sometimes, you may end up penning down what you are not physically, mentally, emotionally or financially capable of doing and that becomes automatically unachievable.
Creating a bucket list is a deliberate activity that can be highly therapeutic when done the right way. This is because your dreams, imaginations and ideas are translated into actionable activities.

How To Create A Bucket List Or List Of Funny Things To Do Before You Die
1. Think of the things you always wanted to do since you were a kid and think of ways to modify those thoughts and feelings, translating them into reality.
For example, if you have always wanted to fly as a kid, you can include sky-diving as one of the items on your list. Doing this will help you do what you have always wanted to do and enjoy doing it.
2. Think about what is most important to you and invest your idea on making it happen. Certain things are important to everyone but sometimes it might not be something that appears completely achievable.
For example, if you want to create a list of things to do before you die, you should consider the things of utmost importance you want to achieve. It might be getting married, ranking top in your class, workplace or starting a business. You should not hesitate to chase your important dreams and include them in your bucket list.
3. Seek advice from friends, loved ones and family. Asking them doesn’t mean seeking their approval to do something. It means getting suggestions from them on the things they have done previously that they enjoyed doing. This would help you expand your options on the things you can pen down in your list of things to do before you die.

4. Make a list of goals you want to do every year. This will serve as a guide in helping you achieve your goals. It is in fact, advisable to include your short- and long-term goal while creating a list of things to do before you die. It can be a relationship or career goal but it translates into fun when included in your bucket list.
5. What excites you most? Everyone has a particular thing or list of activities which they find exciting. Sometimes, as exciting as those things may seem, they might not be easy to do. You should be mindful of things that give you a little rush or when you think of them your blood starts to pump when you’re making your list.
6. How much does it cost? Can you afford it or will your budget cover for it? These are fundamental questions to ask yourself. As much as you shouldn’t limit yourself while creating your bucket list, it is important to be mindful of the cost implications of it.
For example, if you wish to travel or go on a vacation somewhere, the first thing you should consider is how much the trip will cost, including accommodation and feeding costs. Once you have confirmed that your budget can carry it, you may proceed to include it on your bucket list.
7. Turn it into a game: Any activity that is set up in a game like a pattern usually turns out to be a fun activity. You could simply cross off bucket list items with a pencil or turn the whole experience into a game.
What you need to do after listing the activities you would love to indulge yourself with, is to classify them into levels or stages.
The best part about doing this is that after completing an activity, a score will be awarded taking you to the next level. To make it even more fun, you can put the easy ones before the hard ones so that the game gets more challenging as you progress.
This would give you the impression that you’re playing a virtual reality game and finishing or completing it will bring a more accomplishing feeling.

8. Create a Bucket Jar; What rule said that the things to do before you die have to be presented in a list? Why not try something new? Rather than a bucket list, create your own bucket jar.
You just need to get a big jar and label it as your bucket list jar. Afterward, find bits of hard paper (preferably colorful bits) and slice them into long rectangles. In each of the paper bits, write an activity you would love to do before you die. To make it more interesting, you can set a time frame for yourself and write it down in the sliced paper pieces.
Creating a list of things to do before you die might seem a bit difficult. This is because as different individuals, we all have different areas of interest, likes and dislikes and varying things that make us happy.
Once you can effectively set aside time to evaluate your personality and interest, doing this will be a walk in the park.
I have carefully mapped out some ideas of the list of things to do before you die, including the most exciting and fun things to do before you die. This suggestion is perfect because it has been categorized into the various aspects of life and can be easily sorted out to form your bucket list, depending on your personality makeup.
